Our ESG division brings together talent, capabilities, and experience to achieve carbon neutrality commitments, improve portfolio resiliency and reduce asset life-cycle costs.The OpportunityWe are looking to recruit an Associate Director (ESG Building Consultant) to be based within Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
You are likely to have an engineering and sustainability background and will work as part of a larger Pacific team, further building and expanding this growing division.A results-orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Completing Energy and Water Audits and Net Zero Carbon Reporting for client assets and portfoliosNABERS Improvement PlansManaging sustainability certifications, particularly Green Star PerformanceDeveloping ESG Strategies for clientsAs the successful candidate you will be:• Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Elec)• Experienced within the ESG building sector and with business development capabilitiesExperience in the following will be an advantage:• Green Star Performance• Renewable energy procurementWhat's in it for you?Our people benefit from a range of educational, financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits and programs, corporate partnerships/discounts, and paid volunteer days.Can we inspire you to join us?At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion begins with you.
