We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at Escient, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, including their goals, processes, and challenges, to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to innovative solutions. Create and present clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and strategies to clients and internal teams. Assist in the implementation, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and colleagues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our consulting services. Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification and IIBA certification is desirable. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services or consulting environment. Have business process modelling and business case writing experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret large datasets. Proficient in tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Possess a selfless, creative, and courageous mindset, embracing challenges with resilience and adaptability.
