Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised ERZ Controller to provide support services to the Technical Services department.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Holding a strong commitment to safety and the safety performance of your crewLeading and supervising personnel to meet and improve on planned targets and standardsContributing to the daily plan, taking into consideration production strategy, systems, sequence, standards, and timeframes.Providing specialist operational knowledge to ensure that all statutory requirements are metProactively maintain statutory and shift specific documentation, as well as the accurate collection of dataInfluencing and maintaining a positive team cultureAbout you: Proven previous experience in a similar role within underground miningThird Class/Second Class Certificate of competency (minimum)Just as importantly, we've worked hard to make sure you feel valued.
