Job Description
Opportunity: The City is in the process of implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. Currently in the planning stage, the project is beginning to enter the implementation stage and will be a significant change management project. Supporting the ERP Project Officer, the ERP Training Officer is responsible for the development and execution of user training to ensure successful implementation of the City's new ERP.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute user training programs. Ensure successful implementation of the City's new ERP. Support the ERP Project Officer in change management initiatives.
