Coaching our Support Consultants on how to investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve support cases.Monitoring support case progression and resolution times against our internal service standards.Receiving support escalations and resolving more complex software configuration issues.Planning the delivery of proactive support around the EOFY and scheduled software upgrades.Managing the development of our Advanced KnowledgeHub of 'how to' articles to streamline the client support experience.Whole-of-business systems exposure to our innovative clients who are running bigger and more connected businesses with MYOB's cloud ERP + payroll + workforce managementFriendly and supportive team environment that embraces diversity and innovative ideasPaid MYOB Advanced Certifications & Badges (if you are not already Level 3 Certified on MYOB Advanced)Induction program for your first 150 days followed by a Performance & Development Plan (PDP) that takes into account your individual skills, strengths and interestsWork-from-home flexibility where necessary or agreedCareer pathway: software module specialisation within existing role.Your Experience5+ years of providing functional helpdesk support in relation to a mid-tier ERP system (MYOB Advanced, Acumatica, MYOB Exo, Pronto, Greentree, Sybiz, Accpac, SAP B1, Sage, MS Nav, MS GP, NetSuite)Strong understanding of accounting concepts and business processes (tertiary accounting/business qualifications are desirable)Positive leadership styleClear communicator with a passion for problem-solving and new techPrevious MYOB Advanced and payroll experience are highly regarded.
