The opportunity:
As our organisation grows, we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to drive our ERP projects for the wider business, specifically with the use of Apparel21.
Key duties and responsibilities: Plan business analysis, accurately collate requirements, scope projects, and develop specifications.Identify potential solutions and prepare options and recommendations.Liaise closely with the project management team regarding prioritisation, estimation of effort, risk and cost.Support of the business applications, with the ERP system being the key focus.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead and conduct workshops, training sessions and meetings as it relates to ERP, process and integration.The skills and experience you offer us: 5+ years' experience in a business analyst or business systems management role, with system implementation projects and project management experience.Experience working in a retail ERP environment is advantageous.ERP Systems Experience (examples incl - Apparel21, Retek, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Dynamics 365, NetSuite etc).Proficiency in Oracle SQL and report writing tool experience an advantage (i.e., Crystal Reports).Analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex data.Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present and translate complex material to our wider team.Innovative & creative mindset to solutioning, which solve business process issues.B2B system integrations using APIs and file exchanges.EDI partnership configuration, accreditation, and support.You revel and thrive in a people-focused role and enjoy building strong relationships.You are tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems and software quickly.You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.You are familiar with being an advocate and agent of change.Just some of the perks we offer you: Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
