They have core initiatives in the area of People, Planet and Product and make a genuine difference; andHas a dynamic and friendly culture that thrives on collaboration, inclusion and diversity.Your New RoleThis role is a business-critical role responsible for the overall successful delivery of the ERP implementation (2+ year program), ensuring it is delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
Once implemented, the role will look to optimise the ERP systems in an application owner style role.
Key responsibilitiesPartner with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment;Lead multi-functional work streams by initiating, planning, controlling and delivering against the project plan;Ensure close control of change requests, project scope, schedule and budget;Be a culture driver within the team and ensure the achievement of buy-in across all levels of the organisation;Challenge the status quo to improve processes and services;Actively support and oversee the testing of systems and applications to ensure requirements are met, potential risks are identified, and mitigation strategies are proactively developed;Facilitate user adoption by offering training sessions and continuous support, addressing any issues to help users become comfortable and proficient with the new system;Clearly communicate project status updates with relevant team members in the organisation and be the primary owner of the steering committee meetings; andPost-implementation, continuously monitor system performance and manage required upgrades.
Consider user feedback and changing business needs to make improvements.Skills & ExperienceIdeally you will haveA minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar Senior Project Manager, where you have a proven track record of successful project delivery;Experience with end-to-end ERP projects highly advantageous (particularly with Microsoft Business Central);Experience managing third-party software vendors and system integrators;Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams;Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders to achieve great outcomes;Great communication skills, be detail oriented and comfortable diving into details when needed;Experience using project management tools to manage budgets, timelines, and resources; andIn your previous projects you will have had responsibility for the schedule, budget, scope, risk and communication plan for the project and have proven track record in successful delivery on time and on budget.In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will possessA fun, friendly, easy going, pragmatic and proactive personality with a passion for continuous self-improvement;Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with staff across all levels of the business, right up to CEO level;A methodical approach to your work with a high attention to detail; andStrong business partnering, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion please call Steven Fulop at u&u on quoting reference number 38987.
