The role involves working closely with our Development and Sales Teams, conducting application testing, providing low level technical support as the primary customer contact both through on-site visits and phone support.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to prepare training schedules, documentation and promote effective user-focused support.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to take ownership of customer issues and see requests through to completion.
You will genuinely enjoy assisting others to learn and possess a passion for learning and self development.

Key responsibilities: Delivering ERP functionality, including property, rating, compliance and licensing, customer experience and portals, to Local Government clients Working with ERP project teams for the end-to-end delivery of solutions Working with Development on Consulting engagements including upgrades and small product enhancements  Onsite and Remote user testing support and training (Metro and Interstate) Maintain documentation – eg release notes, user guides, quick guides QA/Testing of applications Experience required: Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandator Preferred experience using or implementing property and rating or local government compliance and licensing software You are able to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, maintaining integrity at all times Understanding of the Governement Sector would be of benefit but not mandatory Have a proven track record as an Implementation consultant ReadyTech is committed to seeing things through each other's eyes.
