ERP Functional Consultant - Talent ManagementSydneyPermanentWe have been engaged by an established organisation in Sydney to assist in securing an experienced Consultant that has a background in Talent Management (Succession & Career Planning, Job Architecture) to join an existing project based in Sydney.The position will report directly to a Functional Transformation Lead. Multiple Consultants will be directly reporting to the role.Fixed Term Role - $140k + Super ($163,800) Package - Start Date - 20th December or before) - Hybrid Role (2-3 days onsite)Key areas of focus:Demonstrated Past experience of designing and implementing a Job Architecture within an ERP systemPreviously demonstrated that they have leveraged the JA in strategic HR functionality/processes (example - career planning, Talent mgmt., succession planning etc)Team playerStakeholder ManagementExperience required:Ability to think strategically and align IT solutions with organisational goals, considering long-term implications and emerging technologies.Demonstrated experience in various tools and agile techniques to elicit, analyse and communicate business and solution requirements.Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design using industry-standard techniques and tools.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, analyse options, and recommend effective solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop accurate business documentation in a clear and concise manner.Strong interpersonal skills with the proven track record of successful collaboration within agile teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.If you have previous experience of working on complex ERP programs and have experience of Talent Management - we would LOVE to hear from you.Level 7, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000
