Deployment Lead
Our client is undergoing a major transformation program. We are looking for a experienced seasoned deployment lead to spearhead the deployment of a new, state-of-the-art ERP system (Microsoft D365). We are looking for an experienced deployment lead to spearhead the deployment of a new, state-of-the-art ERP system. You'll be leading detailed planning and execution of deployment, cutover and post-implementation support and take the lead from end of testing to plan and manage the deployment phase.
Role
*Lead the national rollout of the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
*Build and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering results and continuous improvement.
*Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for a seamless deployment.
*Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, vendors, and partners to mitigate risks and drive success.
*Champion a culture of innovation and incorporate lessons learned into future projects
Experience
*A minimum of 10 years experience in ERP, including 5 years leading large-scale national deployments like SAP, MS Dynamics or similar.
*Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence, and a collaborative approach.
*Excellent project management skills, ideally with experience in Microsoft Project and DevOps tools.
Bonus points if you have:
*Experience with ERP deployments within the FMCG, Retail, and Wholesale industry is essential.
*A solid understanding of complex business operations.
*A passion for innovation and finding creative solutions
