Where you'd be working: Our Customer Success Team is based in our North Ryde office, servicing NSW-based customers. The ERP Consultants work closely with our professional services group and project managers, business solutions, support consultants and the sales team. They engage primarily with our existing customers via onsite visits and remote meetings to undertake customer requirements gathering, solutioning, and delivery.

What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): As an ERP Consultant within our Customer Success Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from their Pronto Xi ERP solution. You will leverage your technical expertise and business consulting skills to provide outstanding solutions, identify optimisation opportunities and foster long-term customer success.
Using your extensive knowledge of business processes and best practice, as an ERP Consultant with our Customer Success Team, you will:
• Facilitate discovery workshops to gather business requirements
• Design and document solutions
• System configuration
• Perform system testing
• Deliver end user training
• Manage customer business improvements
From time to time, our consultant may be asked to assist our Professional Services Group with implementation and upgrade projects.
About youWe're looking for an ERP Consultant who has:
• Proven experience as an ERP Consultant, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of ERP Systems, with experience in Pronto Xi as advantageous
• Business acumen and a solid knowledge of business processes to establish and grow customer relationships
• Excellent analytical skills and a systematic and logical approach to problem solving in a modern business environment
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and inspire customer confidence
• Conviction to challenge the status quo, question the way things are done and deliver effective and efficient solutions
• Ability to gather requirements and produce quality customer-facing documentation
• Confidence to work autonomously, but ability to collaborate in a team environment
• A customer-focused mentality with a drive to exceed expectations
• Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritise and organise your time
• A positive 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic
To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have:
• Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business, or have relevant industry experience in business consulting
• Ability to demonstrate relevant business and functional experience and strong commercial understanding
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Passion for customer service and delivery excellence
• Willingness to undertake a police check
