The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team based in Brisbane.

The EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services team is the largest sustainability consulting team in Oceania.
Our multidisciplinary teams help companies understand the risks and opportunities arising from climate change and sustainability issues, advising a large proportion of the ASX 200 to help them drive performance beyond their bottom line.

Building trusting relationships with EY clients and leveraging those relationships to generate business opportunities.
Leading the go-to-market plan for EY's climate change services, enhancing market presence in Brisbane and supporting the execution of EY's climate change services strategy.
Fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment while applying technical expertise of climate change to direct project teams on delivery of EY's climate change services.
What we're looking for
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

To qualify for the role, you have:
Tertiary qualification, such as in engineering or environmental sciences, economics, accounting or commerce, or law.
Knowledge and experience in climate and energy policy and standards, climate risk and opportunity assessment and decarbonisation strategy.
Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.
Experience in non-financial assurance.
Practical experience with energy and emissions reporting schemes including National Greenhouse Emissions Reporting (NGER) scheme, the Safeguard Mechanism and the Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF); as well as climate risk advisory experience such as experience with the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) Framework.
Outstanding project and time management skills.
You will have 9+ years of relevant professional experience and 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
