EY-ROAM is a leading provider of electricity market modelling services in Australia and New Zealand. Our role in the energy industry is to provide evidence-based insights, enabling our clients to make informed decisions amidst uncertainty and change.
What's in it for you?
Due to growing demand for our services, we have a range of new openings at Manager and Senior Consultant levels in our Perth, Brisbane, and Sydney offices. As a member of the team, you will be involved in the execution and delivery of a broad range of exciting market modelling projects and will provide our clients evidence-based insights that enable informed decision making.
What we're looking for
Tertiary education in a discipline such as engineering, mathematics, economics, physics, or computer science. Demonstrated ability to work independently. High numeracy levels and the ability, or a willingness to develop the ability, to manipulate and analyse large data sets efficiently. High computer literacy, including tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Microsoft VBA, and Matlab. Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully convey meaningful insights to clients and colleagues. An understanding of, or willingness to learn the fundamentals of electricity markets and the challenges that need to be addressed as decarbonisation occurs.
