We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Manager to join our team. You will be working with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements and then provide expert guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 CE to meet their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a local team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Manage CE related activities on Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and then provide guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 CE to meet those requirements. Lead a local team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed. Collaborate with other team members, including senior leaders, project managers, developers, and functional consultants, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and features and assess their applicability to our clients' needs. Provide support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation process. What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in CE, including experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 CE. Microsoft D365 / Power Platform certification highly regarded. Experience leading teams of consultants or analysts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization.
