The successful candidate will be guiding the industrial ergonomics of the site's manufacturing activities.
You will structure the ergonomic approach of the site, adapt the industrial work to the human being, and train cross-functional teams around ergonomics.A bit about your new role:Adapt the work to the human beingStructure the ergonomic approach of the siteTrain, support and mobilize the various actors during the projects around ergonomics (PME, Production, Logistics, Tooling)Participate to design phases for critical assemblies on which simulations tools are required to check relevancy of industrial orientations vs Return on ExperienceEnsure proper implementation of standards and assessment toolsMonitor site performance vs ergo indicators and dashboardEnsure the application of the ergo ALSTOM standards in industrial activities by integrating the Alstom Performance System (APSYS) requirementsRepresent site interest in ergonomics at APAC region levelAll about you:We value passion and attitude over experience.
