We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at ERGONOMICOFFICE.As a full-time sales administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our office furniture sales operations based in Canberra, ACT. What you'll be doing providing a Great Customer Experience as part of our administrative sales team by way of rapid response and follow through taking, closing and processing sales orders, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records providing written quotes to customers same day and following up on previous quotes for a Sales Order assisting with inventory management, order fulfilment, and delivery coordination collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes and a great customer experience conducting market research and providing insights to support sales and marketing strategies undertaking general office administrative duties as required What we're looking for excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively rapid response and focused on keeping up-to-date sales orientated and always be closing proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work a positive, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude familiarity with the office furniture industry or a willingness to learn What we offer At ERGONOMICOFFICE we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
