About them:ACRWORLD have been working exclusively with this leading civil construction company who are looking to add to their HR function out on site. This highly regarded powerhouse business is going from strength to strength and is now needing an experienced HR professional to take control of all their current onsite projects, so the role will be FIFO position 8 days on 6 days off flying out from Perth.The great thing about this role is it will allow for complete autonomy and allow the next HR professional to "run things their way" as per what the General Manager said. This company is all about teamwork and incorporates a flat structure with an open door policy.
