The opportunity;  You will conduct timely market, asset class and stock level research analysis.
Analyse and evaluate company results and market information to form investment recommendations.
Produce and communicate written presentations/reports to reflect views.
Promote ideas and collaborate with the global investment team.
You will have the opportunity to network with listed companies, industry participants and leverage CBRE's global platform.
Contribute to stock selection and portfolio management process.
Be a key part of a tight-knit APAC and Global Listed Real Assets team.
Support business development, marketing, and client service activities.
About you;  You will have 2-4 years previous experience, ideally with an equities, investment management, real estate or infrastructure industry focus.
Degree in commence, economics, finance or business and willingness to pursue post graduate studies such as CFA.
Strong financial analysis, modelling, communication, marketing, and report writing skills.
Passion for investing and ability to clearly communicate investment ideas and information effectively is critical.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network both within CBRE and across the industry.
Desire to build a successful career in investment management and learn from some of the industry's leading practitioners.
