The role
In this role you will deliver initiatives that advance employee Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) efforts across the University. Focusing on implementing existing initiatives, identifying gaps and leading actions to create a workplace where all employees feel respected and valued. You will take ownership of EDIB across the university for our employees and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align our student initiatives with our employee initiatives, ensuring ECU remains at the forefront of sector-leading practices.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, 12 month fixed term position attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 pa (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
