About The Team The EDI team (based on the South Street Campus) provides strategic leadership, support, and advice across the university to embed impactful, best-practice equity, diversity, and inclusion principles across all areas.

This casual role attracts a competitive casual rate of $39.68 p/hr – $44.19 p/hr inclusive of 25% casual loading plus 11.5% employer superannuation contributions.
EDI Student Partners work closely with EDI Project Coordinators to design and implement initiatives that support the objectives of Murdoch's EDI Strategy.
This dynamic role involves engaging with staff and student stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and taking the lead on self-driven actions to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the university.
Your Key Responsibilities Support EDI initiatives, events, and projects that promote equity, diversity, and belonging across campusAssist with event facilitation, including setup, registration, and general queriesEngage in survey support, data collection, and focus group facilitationRepresent EDI at community events, orientation, and open-day activitiesBuild strong relationships with students and staff while adhering to University policiesCo-facilitate workshops and training sessions, and attend ongoing training in advocacy and communicationPlease refer to the Position Description for further details.
