Focus of the role As an Equipment Staging Technician, you will actively participate in a team environment to optimise the experience for our customers, by identifying and driving proactive improvements and assisting with enhancing processes to streamline production and delivery of our technology products and services.

8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri. Overtime when required.

The role is accountable for:
Working on and simplex commissioning ICT equipment to customers specifications which primarily involves the staging of mobility devices both android and Apple, however, could include routers, switches, wireless technology and video conferencing equipment.
Managing workload within the customers services management tool to meet SLA's.
Updating documentation during changes to maintain accuracy of the ICT environment.
Ensure our stakeholder engagements are actioned within reasonable time constraints.
About You Living within the area of 16 Emporium Avenue, Kemps Creek, NSW.
Possess a high-level customer service skill, with good negotiation, facilitation skills and a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, possessing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise to ensure delivery of critically important tasks in a timely manner.
Proven ability to work autonomously and to work under tight timeframes and deadlines to deliver required outcomes.
