Reporting to the Roads & Waste Supervisor, his position is residentially based in Mount IsaThis position is residentially based in Mount Isa on a family friendly 4/3 or 5/2/4/3 roster You will be responsible for:Assisting the Supervisor and crew with maintaining the Sealed roads, Haul roads, signage and road infrastructure across MIM lease.Other areas include the MIM Landfill, Site waste collection and scrap steel disposal across the mine site.Whilst displaying a strong commitment to safetyThe successful candidate will possess:Previous heavy industry experience would be an advantagePreferred experience in the use of heavy mobile equipmentLevel 1, 2, 3 would be an advantageHR truck license and forklift ticket would also be an advantageSound knowledge of Microsoft softwareValid manual driver's licenseFlexible attitude and sound work ethicExcellent time management skills and the ability to achieve results within the specified time framesCoordinating personnel (including contractors) and equipment required to fulfill the role, Crew safety adherence as per site standards and ProcedureKnowledge of best practice road maintenance and waste management would be highly advantageous,Strong customer service along with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment or with minimal supervision For further information, please contact:Johan Thomas on 0461300250Applications Close: 8.00am Wednesday, 08th January 2025
