In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a packaging environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
