In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Regional & Agribusiness teams, building and nurturing sustainable relationships with key Equipment Finance customers within our Relationship-managed portfolio.

What do I need?
To thrive as an Equipment Finance Manager, you'll need a background in customer service, complemented by strong professional networks and outstanding communication skills.
A solid foundation in Business Banking is desirable but not essential.
You'll stand out with your specialist expertise, enthusiasm, and optimistic outlook, engaging customers and delivering exceptional experiences.
You embrace the challenge of leveraging your superior communication and relationship-building skills to drive positive outcomes.
Your background in needs-based selling equips you to understand customer requirements, and ideally, you bring knowledge of the solutions and opportunities that equipment finance products can provide.
