About the Role : A new opportunity is available for an Equipment Finance and Credit Administrator to join the Komatsu Equipment Finance Team, based in Fairfield East, NSW.
Reporting to the National Manager, Equipment Finance, this role will provide high level support to the Equipment Finance team located across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities will include the following : Prepare finance quotes and send indicative quotes to EFM's and/or customersWork with EFM's and customers to obtain required information and completed credit applications, AML/Privacy formsPrepare credit submissions, including AML and credit checks and submit for approvalDocument new transactions including Master Agreements and accompanying finance SchedulesPrepare transaction pre-settlement workflow and submit for settlementPPSR registrations/deregistrations/reconciliationAssist managers with end of month reporting, data analysis and presentationsFollow up arrears and end of term refinancesEnsure transactional adherence to company policies, business rules and credit risk approval conditionsOther tasks requested by managementTo be successful in this role, you will have the following : 5+ years in a sales or credit administration role within a bank or finance companyAbility to prepare and assess credit submissions including analysis of company financialsExposure to documenting loans plus AML and other regulatory checksAble to prepare pre-settlement workflowExperience in collecting overdue repaymentsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and PC skills including ExcelHigh attention to detailHighly organised and self-motivatedA mature and flexible work attitudeEnquiries should be directed to the undersigned.
