The Role : We are looking for a proactive and motivated Account Executive to join our team.
This exciting role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that align with their business objectives.
As an Account Executive, you will support in nurturing client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results that support both client success and company growth.
You will play an integral role in coordinating project delivery, managing client priorities, and driving effective communication between the client and internal teams.
Your Key Responsibilities : Support the Account Service team with the day-to-day management of retained accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clientsAct as the primary day-to-day contact for identified clients, working alongside the Account DirectorsManage retainer budgets and client priorities, ensuring they align with project goalsCoordinate client meetings, including logistics as requiredManage and prepare client status reports, attend WIPs and ensure to capture and distribution of detailed meeting notes with clear action items for follow-upCollaborate with Project Managers and the Account Management Team on managing client tickets and sprint activitiesEnsure client work is triaged, scoped, approved by the client, and added to the budget trackersUndertake operational responsibilities, including adding jobs, creating estimates, logging invoices, and maintaining job statusMaintain budget adherence and escalate risks or impacts to Project Managers and Account Directors as neededExperience and Qualifications : Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a digital agencyFamiliar with Agile workflows and methodologiesProficient in Microsoft Office and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.
)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Personal Skills : High performer with a strong passion for marketing and digital solutionsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesGreat attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work in every taskExceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and solutionsTeam player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to support othersAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needsOpen-minded, flexible, and willing to take on a variety of tasksFun and social, with a passion for contributing to a strong and positive workplace culturePerks beyond the work : The environment and culture we nurture are as crucial as the work we create.
