Exciting Opportunity within the Equality, Inclusion & Belonging TeamJoin an agile, collaborative and high performing team leading a strategic Progressive Inclusivity agendaFlexible working arrangementsVictoria University (VU) is seeking an experienced Equality, Inclusion & Belonging, practitioner to lead the Progressive Inclusivity agenda as a senior staff member within the Equality Inclusion and Belonging Unit. The team is strategic, works across the University community bringing a whole of institution approach to drive strategy and elevate the University's reputation as a progressively inclusive institution and a thriving place to study and work.
About the Role: Reporting to the Director; Equality, Inclusion and Belonging, this role leads work across the University to build knowledge and capability to progress equity, inclusion and belonging at VU. With the aim to contribute to a thriving place to study and work. 
The role sits within the Equality, Inclusion and Belonging team working closely with the Director; Equality, Inclusion & Belonging and the Educating for Equality Manager in supporting VU's strategic and operational agenda.
This position is offered at the classification of HEP 8, $106,346 - $119,760 annum classification plus 17% employer superannuation contributions. This is a full-time (36.75 hours per week) continuing position.
