The team is strategic, works across the University community bringing a whole of institution approach to drive strategy and elevate the University's reputation as a progressively inclusive institution and a thriving place to study and work. About the Role: Reporting to the Director; Equality, Inclusion and Belonging, this role leadswork across the University to build knowledge and capability toprogress equity, inclusion and belonging at VU. With the aim to contribute to a thriving place to study and work. The role sits within the Equality, Inclusion and Belonging team working closely with the Director; Equality, Inclusion & Belonging and the Educating for Equality Manager in supporting VU's strategic and operational agenda. This position is offered at the classification of HEP 8, $106,346 - $119,760 annum classification plus 17% employer superannuation contributions. This is a full-time (36.75 hours per week) continuing position. High-level conceptual and analytical skills and the capacity to build meaningful and respectful relationships with diverse community at VU. Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and liaise with staff at all levels across the University community.
