We also recruit, train, and support workers, carers, and volunteers to work in our communities.About the RoleProvide meaningful training and employment support for people with disability utilising EqualiTEA. Support them to achieve their employment and training goals. Implement their Individual Action Plans to develop the skills towards finding and maintaining their chosen employment. Work with EqualiTEA stakeholders to raise awareness of the positive contribution people with disability can make to the workplace and build strong connections within the local business industries.Skills and ExperienceResponsibilities:Ability to train, assess and motivate people with disabilityActively apply strengths-based principles and strategies to support people with disability with their identified Training or Employment goalsAbility to achieve identified performance targets linked to individual outcomesMaintain communication with individuals identified stakeholders such as family/COSDemonstrated commitment to working with people with disability to support them with their chosen goal and outcomeProven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with people with disability towards gaining and maintaining employment and training goalsNurture current local business relationships for employment opportunitiesCustomer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service.
