About your new role… An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team (EQS).
This is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers.
This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment.
The role of the EQS Field & Workshop Service Team Manager is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of maximizing equipment uptime of CCEP's equipment.
Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our team members, our customers and our consumers safe at all timesProviding the best possible customer serviceProviding quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visitProviding service at the lowest sustainable costAdhering to standard processes and correct use of IT toolsContributing to team successActively participate in maintaining and developing technical skillsLet's talk about you… At least 3 years previous experience in FMCG or similar industry controlling a field service team.Electrical Qualification with understanding of QLD LegislationBusiness Systems Aptitude – SAPKnowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.Business administration and personal organisation skills.Experience dealing with multiple priorities.Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives/resources.Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.Excellent time management and organisational capabilities.What's in it for you?
