About the role: The ePublishing & Syndication Assistant role is an entry-level position that's all about ensuring digital magazine files are sent out on time from our internal systems to global platforms like Apple News, Readly, and MSN. You'll be the go-to person, connecting our local teams with international partners and making sure everything runs smoothly. This role is essential to supporting Are Media's commercial success in digital publishing, so we're looking for someone with strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills.
What you'll be doing: Making sure content is delivered to our digital platform partners on schedule.Providing quick, helpful support to our platform partners when they need it.Working closely with our editorial and creative teams to convert print content into digital formats.Supporting the Syndication team with reporting, metadata entry, and delivering content to syndication clients.Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Confident using 3rd party software platforms & standard office applications.Strong organisational skills and detail oriented.Understanding of publishing, media production – print and digital.Qualification in relevant field of study.Administration and customer service experience.Are Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
