Epoxy Flooring & General Maintenance AssistantEpoxy Solutions Tasmania is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team! As a casual Epoxy Flooring & General Maintenance Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality results for our clients across Tasmania. This role offers diverse work opportunities in epoxy flooring, civil works, and general industrial maintenance, with training available for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Flooring Tasks: Grinding, surface preparation, repairs, and epoxy coating/painting.General Maintenance: Assisting with civil works, concreting, and various industrial maintenance duties as required.General Labouring: Assisting with site preparation, moving materials, and other manual tasks that keep our projects running smoothly.Position Details:
• Type: Casual to start, with potential for full-time employment based on performance and company growth.
• Location: Devonport based role, with travel to project sites as needed.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in general labouring, epoxy flooring or similar roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right person.Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.Flexibility: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as required.Certifications: Confined space and working at height certifications are advantageous.Driver's License: A valid license is preferred.Why Join Epoxy Solutions Tasmania?
