About the Role:
Council requires an individual to provide administration services to the Bayside City Council Enterprise Project Management Office. This would ideally suit a recent graduate from a business school majoring in Project Management looking to start their career as a project manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage the use of the PPM system.
Run and coordinate five project management governance groups.
Train staff in the project management system and the project management framework.
Any additional administration tasks required by the organisation.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
Ability to master new systems and processes.
Administration skills.
Attention to detail.
Excel and Word skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Mandatory Pre-employment Requirements:
Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
