As the EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) Lead, you will lead the planning, reporting and governance of Barwon Water's EPMO, ensuring alignment to Strategy 2030 and enterprise priorities.
You will be the custodian of Barwon Water's EPMO Governance Framework, ensuring continuous maturity in project governance, portfolio management and execution.
You'll collaborate and oversee the establishment of cross-functional working groups across Barwon Water that ensure clarity and scope of projects whilst ensuring the performance of the portfolio of programs and projects in a financially responsible manner.
You'll be a people leader, providing advice, support and mentoring to the EMPO team as well as project sponsors and project managers, building effective working relationships and business case writing capability across the organisation.
You will be empowered to enable best practice through the reporting and analysis of data, ensuring that it translates into higher value information for the Board Executive and Project Teams.
Exercising diligence, with high standards in compliance and accountability, you will work well within frameworks and controls, yet still be able to work with ambiguity and think laterally.

With a forensic eye for detail, you will enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and presenting them with valued insights.
You will possess a knowledge of governance and project management frameworks, understanding the need for compliance, financial oversight and data for a business case to be successful.
With a solid risk radar, you will provide key input that will ensure Barwon Water meets our obligations.
Leading a small team you will be an experienced leader, someone capable of influencing others through your professional and well-honed communication.
Your qualifications in business, commerce or similar will be supported by your experience in governance and project roles as you are challenged in this rewarding and impactful role.
