They are looking for a competent ePMO head for a contract assignment. Your new role This role requires you to oversee enterprise-wide guidance, governance, and portfolio management practices within the central office. You'll also: Lead a high-performing team supporting enterprise delivery, with accountability for performance and development. Own the evolution of team's portfolio delivery framework, ensuring consistency and maturity across projects. Provide robust decision-making material through complex analysis and interpretation for governance forums. Implement frameworks for resource capacity, benefits tracking, and operational benefits. What you'll need to succeed Leadership : Led an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office using waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. Stakeholder Management : Expertly managed stakeholders from public, private, and government sectors. Portfolio Management : Successfully handled portfolios, programs, and projects. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated coaching, facilitation, negotiation, and adaptability. Assurance and Accreditation : Experienced in program and project assurance, accredited by AIPM or PMI. Certifications : Holds Best Management Practice certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SAFe).
