As Account Manager UMR Contractors, you'll drive market share growth with select customers by delivering tailored solutions from Epiroc's portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with the Customer Centre team for optimal territory management, building relationships, and positioning Epiroc as the preferred partner. You'll also support product development and initiatives while promoting our industry-leading technologies to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and seize growth opportunities, aligning product offerings with customer needs to maximise exposure across the customer base. Foster long-term relationships, ensuring Epiroc is seen as a trusted partner and technology leader. Proactively analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, maintaining a forward-looking approach to mining industry developments. Forecast and plan for customer needs, performance report, and take corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and sustainability goals. Communicate customer requirements to R&D and ensure product performance meets client expectations. Safeguard contractual requirements to mitigate risks. Work across divisions to bring Epiroc's full range of solutions to customers. Collaborate to provide leads and referrals and stay updated on the latest technologies. What You Bring: Proven experience in account management within the mining or related industries. Strong understanding of customer relationship management, market trends, and competitor analysis. Ability to align product offerings with customer needs, driving both topline and bottom-line growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and customers. A passion for safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
