Key Responsibilities:
Provide organizational and operational support and advice to the ePCR Project, including representing the ePCR Program Manager in meetings, drafting correspondence, and contributing to the ePCR Leadership Team.
Lead the design and development of the ePCR data structure, ensuring it meets SAAS's current and future requirements, and facilitating the approval process.
Oversee the development of ePCR reporting tools and templates, determining current and future reporting requirements, and ensuring the tools meet SAAS's needs.
Manage the re-engineering of the SAAS Data Warehouse, collaborating with the SAAS Business Intelligence Unit to design, plan, and implement the required changes.
Develop and implement the ePCR Data Migration Strategy, overseeing the data migration process with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of the SAAS data dictionary, facilitate the determination of data owners, and implement practices and controls for quality assurance of the ePCR Data Set.
The initiative marks a significant step toward modernising SAAS operations, aligning them with national standards, and ensuring that paramedics are equipped with the tools they need to deliver high-quality care across South Australia.
