With several sites located across Victoria, the roles are based at our Tatura location and currently employs over 300 employees.
About the OpportunityFlavorite Tatura continues to enjoy a high level of growth and is regularly looking for interested people to join their team as casual employees. Flavorite Tatura offers a base hourly rate and the opportunity to earn great bonuses.
Duties will vary depending on labor requirements but could be in the following departments:
Twisting – Training the plants to grow up the string supportsTruss Pruning – Selecting the best fruit to achieve optimal truss productionLayering – Lowering the plants for picking and de-leafingDe-leafing – Removing leaves to improve the growth of the plants and to make the next harvesting truss visibleOther duties such as arch supports, crop spraying, and identifying crop pests and diseases where requiredPicking fruit to meet KPIs and quality requirements (Picking department)Packing fruit to meet KPIs and quality requirements (Packing department)Core capabilities of successful candidates: Previous experience with repetitive tasksAbility to follow instructionReliable and motivatedGood level of fitnessStrong teamwork abilitiesHigh attention to detailThese positions represent core roles that are integral to Flavorite's continued success.
