How you will make an impactConsultants and Engineers work together to deliver tailored high-quality solutions for CyberCX clients. Both the Engineer and Consultant are responsible for ensuring that project work delivered to the client is outcome-focused and remains appropriate for their business requirements.
Day to day you will:Contribute to the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with the service catalogue.Support and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.Support design and develop high-quality business solutions and other projects.Provide customer support during preliminary installation and testing of developed infrastructure solutions or products.Contribute to the development of written detailed reports that document work completed and ensure that proposed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with client organisation's architecture guidelines and requirements.About youTertiary qualification in computer science, computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.Professional level vendor certifications with CyberCX's core technology partners.1-3 years of experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in security integration and engineering.Exposure to architecture, design, implementation and integration of security, network and mobility solutions, including firewall, endpoint, Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies, application delivery (load balancing, WAF, optimisation), NAC, data centre, wireless, SD-WAN, SASE, VMS, internet connectivity and remote access.Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Please note that due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens with the ability to hold an Australian Security Clearance.
