KAEFER Integrated Services are searching for our next Project Manager to join a project of ours in South Australia.Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Project Manager you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of Project Management for the project including, but not limited too ensuring budgets and timelines are on schedule and effectively communicated, providing support and direction to all stakeholders included in the project and ensuring safety management is met to KAEFER and Client standards.FIFO from Adelaide is preferred.As the Project Manager your role will be, but not limited to:• Input to estimating requirements for the project fall in the area of accountability.• Coordinate planning, pre-start and close out meetings for the projects as required.• Review costs monthly and understanding actual vs forecasts.• Maintain and apply current knowledge of, and compliance with, Kaefer and client quality processes and monitor work performance to ensure standards are consistently met and exceeded.• Ensure all on-site quality assurance records are completed and maintained up to date and in order as required by the client and the quality system• Ensure that effective management of all human resources and industrial relations elements associated with project occur in a timely manner in accordance with the authorised procedures.• Maintain effective communication with Supervision to ensure project resources are best managed and allocated to achieve timely completion of the project within budget.• Monitor the costs as the project progresses in comparison with the approved budget and to maintain currency of the project schedule and forecasts.• Report on project schedule and performance weekly.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager preferable within the same industry of Industrial Services.• QA/QC Management • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or similar.• Sound project management skills including planning, delivery and reporting.• Ability to effectively work within and support a team.What KAEFER are offering:• Work for a Large Global Company with huge Australian footprint.• Employee benefit scheme • Competitive Renumeration If you possess the relevant experience and are looking for a new opportunity, please submit your resume by clicking
