We are currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer with building experience in construction industry to join our QLD Operations. About the Role
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the technical aspects of the project delivery including the integration of project activities to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required quality. With an ability to understand the critical path on the project you will be involved in identifying key construction methodologies on the project that require detailing with project staff, design and subcontractor input to ensure an agreed plan is in place to avoid delaying the project.
As the successful candidate you will need to be a self starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will require:
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in construction industry including building experience. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Managed engineering disciplines, and sub-contractors on projects ranging from $40M - $75M. Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time.
