Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Program Coordinator role in its Australian Division for a long-term project commencing in 2025.Your primary responsibilities will include:Co-ordinating a Program for delivery and sustainment of complex ICT systems supporting Defence aviation operationsSupport the scheduling of Program milestones and management reviewsDevelopment and management of Program Deliverables, including Management Plans and ReportsWorking as a member of the broader support team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration both internally and externallyOur ideal candidate will have:Professional experience within the Defence industry with an understanding of Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON)Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience of Program Management skillsWell-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPossess, or able to possess minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 (NV2)PAC is an innovative, privately-owned company delivering high-impact operational capability to our Defence and commercial partners.
