We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives working in a collaborative team environment and producing outstanding achievements of quality learning outcomes for all students.
As the Principal, you will deliver the vision of the department, improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools, develop the quality of teaching and learning and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months. About the Role You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral activity.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.Please note this role will entail 3 days of teaching (multi-age 3-6 class).
