Jacobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Engineer (Water and/or Wastewater) to join our fast-growing Water Infrastructure team in the ANZ region. You will play a crucial part in planning, design, project delivery, design management, and project management, while also assisting in positioning and winning projects across a range of services. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team of water professionals to deliver a range of significant projects for both public and private sector clients both locally and nationally. We have a diverse base of water clients across the region and this role will contribute to setting and implementing strategy and capability for this client base, with support from our global technical leads.
The Role:The Process Engineer (Water and/or Wastewater) will provide consultancy, engineering services, technical input and direction in design in the ANZ region. The role will work alongside the Senior Engineers, taking a role with design, project delivery and winning work.
Here's what you'll needKey Responsibilities:Contribute to technically excellent designs and consultancy services.Develop and maintain strong key client relationships.Assist in driving business development and winning work.Identify and support the pursuit of future opportunities.Collaborate closely with Jacobs' client management team to identify emerging opportunities.Further develop Project Manager and Project Director skills.Develop design management functions on projects.Maintain compliance with Jacobs' QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.Facilitate the technical development of junior resources.Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.Promote an inclusive and safety culture within the organisation and with our clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
