Primary Objectives: Assist in the preparation and submission of research grant applications and funding proposals.
Provide administrative support for research projects, including project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with external stakeholders and research collaborators.
Facilitate communication of research outcomes through various channels, including reports, publications, presentations, and social media.
Ensure compliance with research ethics and integrity guidelines, assisting with the preparation of ethics applications and monitoring processes.
Organise and coordinate research related events, workshops, and seminars.
Desirable Qualifications or Skills: Experience in research administration, grant writing, project management, research communications, or data analysis.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in using research related software and tools, including data analysis programs and grant management systems.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of research integrity and ethics.
Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support for the finalisation and execution of contracts, including liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with due diligence policies, and identifying potential risks.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
Relevant qualifications or experience in a research related field.
