We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Licensing Services team for a dedicated project! This role involves working within our Records Management Unit to collect, scan, and digitise physical photo images from QBCC licensees into the ECM system. It may also include assessing and processing licensing matters in line with legislative requirements. You'll contribute to planning and change management initiatives, support service improvements, and provide industry insights to enhance proactive service delivery. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Please note: Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidates must be able to work in the office (West End) 5 days per week.We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as AO4 Licensing Assessment Officer for a dedicated project.In this role, you will:Assess and process licensing matters, including applications and renewals, in line with legislative requirements.Interpret and apply policy and legislation effectively.Undertake focused project work, including the scanning and digitalization of physical photo images from QBCC licensees into the ECM system.Support planning and change management initiatives, contributing to service improvements.Provide industry insights to enhance proactive service delivery.Key Attributes:Manage cases using research, decision-making, planning and report writing skills.Apply, interpret, and provide advice on and implement legislation and policy.Use communication and problem-solving techniques to achieve innovation and deliver and promote quality customer service.Contribute to the team to achieve outcomes and effective work relationships.If you're detail-focused, proactive, and ready to contribute to this exciting project, we'd love to hear from you!How to Apply:A brief one-page cover letter telling us why you are interested in this role and how your skills, knowledge and experience complement this role, and your resume.Referee checks:It is recommended you seek approval when nominating a person as a referee.
