UGL are currently seeking Expression of Interests for experienced HSE Advisor in relation to a maintenance project at a Major Gas Plant.
Point of Hire is Darwin, NT.
About Role: Monday – FridayDrive in Drive outKey Responsibilities: Develop project Health Safety, Security (HSS) & Environmental Management and Emergency Response (ER) Plans.Conduct HSS reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.Implement and maintain HSS & ER aspects of Project HSE Management Plans.Participate in HSS & ER risk management workshops.Collaborate with SMEs to support HSS & ER requirements.Facilitate HSS & ER assurance activities, including audits.Assist with hazard and incident management and reporting.Prepare and deliver HSS & ER training sessions.Monitor decommissioning and project operations for compliance.Provide HSS site representation as required.Other duties as directed by the HSE Manager and HSS Team Lead.Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in safety, health, or related fields.3+ years' experience in offshore oil/gas or high risk industry.Knowledge of HSS management systems and WA safety case regimes.Familiar with Commonwealth, State, and Territory HSE legislation.Experience in auditing, investigations, and incident management.Internal/External Auditor training.Strong report writing skills.What we offer: Diverse opportunities to back yourself, grow and achieve.The chance to join one of the world's leading international contractors.Attractive group remuneration and benefits.A culture that values diversity and innovation.What makes you right for UGL: Genuine concern for safety.Capacity to flourish in a high-performance environment.An innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge the norm.Understanding success and value are realised when everyone plays a part.About us: UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
