We are seeking EOIs for various levels of Heritage Monitor. Please indicate in your cover letter the level you are applying for and your experience to justify:
Junior (Under 18) Trainee (Inexperienced, any age) Established (Experienced Monitor) Senior (Experienced Monitor and able to Lead a Team on various sites) Mentor (Experienced Monitor and able to assist with training, mentoring and reporting) About the role: Contract work as required and casual work depending on external contracts. A Monitor will be expected to diligently carry out their responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Observing the land use activity with the intention of identifying evidence of Aboriginal heritage; Reporting on findings; Assisting with research and historical information as required; Assisting with securing locations or relocation of significant items as required; Adhering to all the relevant compliance requirements of the location (e.g., safety and occupational health procedures); Complying with relevant timeframes and schedules.
