About the Role As the Head of Special Education Services you will:
Promote an inclusive culture and practices within the school community to ensure equity and excellence for students with disability. Develop and support a high quality of teaching and adjustments for students with disability aligned with legislation and policies. Embrace a forward thinking and strategic approach to inclusive education. Establish and foster partnerships with parents and key stakeholders to support educational outcomes for students. The HOSES role will work closely with the Leadership Team to establish and support inclusive practices across the school.
