Our Australian operation is experiencing significant growth across its NSW Property Management and Building Maintenance Divisions. To support this growth, expressions of interest are now sought to identify a motivated Account/Contract Manager in the Sydney Area.

The Role Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved. The contract's financial success through delivery of the yearly profit forecast. Active management of the BGIS' contract team through effective leadership and communication. Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship. Deliver all services in accordance with contractual requirements. Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS' business systems. Meet Contract KPI's – spanning financial, operational, compliance and client satisfaction. Ensure the forecasted project margin is met or exceeded. Prepare, submit and present accurate yearly budget, quarterly reforecast and monthly accruals to the Regional Manager and client for approval. Prepare, update and raise Client invoices (Contract and Variations) at the appropriate time and ensure timely payment is received. Review and approve all invoices under contract and BGIS' guidelines and submit for payment. Quote additional works as required and submit recommendations/ proposals for Client approval.
